Quality control:

Caution:
1, The LED strip should be installed on the sides of the light box,
2, If the width of the light box is within 1.2m, you can just install the LED strip on 2 sides, If wider than 1.2m, you should install the LED strips on four sizes of the light box.
3, The maximum size of the light box is 3m*3m, if the light box is much bigger, there will be a dark area in the middle of the light box.
4, The LED strip should be used in the light box whose depth should be at least 8cm for one side light box, for double sides light box, the depth should be at least 12cm.And the distance between light and fabirc (or advertisement) should be at least 7cm, or you can see the light DOT.
5, LED light strip should be installed on aluminum profile for heat dissipation.Otherwise, it will shorten its life span

Installation:
1.Non compression on the LED module and it's component.
2.During installation pls protect the circuit on the PCB board, or the lamp bean doesn't work.To prevent too high temperature PLS do remember install the LED module on the aluminum profile, or it will lead to serious luminous decay.
3.During installation PLS turn off the power, and should comply with corresponding component security standard.Only electricians or professionals can install it.To prevent short circuit.PLS remember turn off the power before installation.
4.The middle and yellow color wire is DIM wire, Don't need connect the DIM wire if your LED modules have no dimmable requirement.
5.When install a large qty, The PCB board should be in the same direction, guarantee connect the PCB board +24V with +24V, DIM with DIM, and negative- with negative-.Adjust the PCB board position and lock with screw on the aluminum profile.
6.The input voltage of the LED module is DC24V.PLS don't connect the LED module with AC220V directly.The PCB board size is 360*23*16mm, the power is 10W, PLS note that connect with input DC24V+ with PCB board+, and input DC24V- with PCB board -, reverse connection is dangerous and not allowed.
7.When install a large area, pls pay attention the maximum power of the power supply and uniform distribution of each circuit, maximum 5 PCS/circuit, and you had better reserve 20% power supply.EX.150W 24V power supply, maximum can install 15PCS, and you had better install 12PCS(12W).
